MIRADAS DESENCADENANTES: Construcción de conocimientos para la igualdad Vol. 5

It is the compilation of the articles presented at the Gender Studies conferences and which is organized every two years, this edition is special, since with the impact of COVID-19, different aspects changed. On this occasion, the volume that was presented is the compilation of the IX and X editions of the conference, which were dedicated to the analysis of Social Movements and Health, respectively, realities that impact men and women differently. This issue has four chapters.

This book was published by the Center for Gender Studies, written by different authors. Professors Susan López, Indiana Barinas, Desiree del Rosario and Mayra Pichardo, as well as Rossanna Gómez and Germania Estévez, participated in the first article, chapter I. Chapter II was written by Dr. Berenice Pacheco, the professor. Novelyn Bautista and Mrs. Anani Del Carmen Toribio.

In the second article, chapter III, Mrs. Maribel Blázquez, the Office of Gender Equity and Development (OEGD) of the Ministry of Health collaborated.
